Cedar Plank Salmon with Gigi’s Lemon Garlic Vinaigrette

INGREDIENTS
1 large salmon fillet (or 3-4 individual pieces)
2 lemons (sliced)
2-3 springs of dill
cedar plank
DIRECTIONS
Submerge cedar plank in water and let soak for 4 to 6 hours.
Marinate salmon in approximately 1/4 cup of Gigi’s Lemon Garlic Vinaigrette for 1 hour.
Pre-heat BBQ to 350 degrees.
Slice lemons and wash fresh dill. Arrange lemon and dill on cedar plank. Top with the marinated salmon, skin side down.
Place cedar plank on the grill. Cook for 25-30 minutes or until done.
