Our best-selling, signature dressing/marinade is simple but delicious! Fresh hand-pressed garlic is used in this perfectly balanced product that adds interest to any salad–from mixed greens to pasta. It is commonly used as a marinade for chicken, fish, and shrimp, and is ideal as dipping sauce for bread. The original recipe calls for a flavourless oil (vegetable) but olive oil can be requested at check-out for no additional charge.

Organic apple cider vinegar (raw and unfiltered, with the Mother) and raw honey are the cornerstone natural ingredients that provide enormous health benefits with their anti-viral, anti-bacterial, and anti-fungal properties. Fresh avocados and freshly squeezed lemon juice blended with olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, kosher salt and garlic transform into a creamy, silky vinaigrette.
