White Balsamic Vinaigrette
Our best-selling, signature dressing/marinade is simple but delicious! Fresh hand-pressed garlic is used in this perfectly balanced product that adds interest to any salad–from mixed greens to pasta. It is commonly used as a marinade for chicken, fish, and shrimp, and is ideal as dipping sauce for bread. The original recipe calls for a flavourless oil (vegetable) but olive oil can be requested at check-out for no additional charge.
Our popular signature salad dressing can also be used as a marinade or dip. Original Gigi’s White Balsamic Vinaigrette is made with vegetable oil. If you would like to substitute olive oil for vegetable oil, please select the appropriate product in the drop-down menu.
