New for the 2016 spring/summer market season, our Avocado Vinaigrette does not fail to please! Fresh avocados and freshly squeezed lemon juice blended with olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, kosher salt and garlic transform into a creamy, silky vinaigrette. On the nutritional front, it is difficult to compete as avocados provide a wide variety of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory nutrients. Avocados are a naturally nutrient-dense food that contain nearly 20 vitamins and minerals! If you plan on picking up a bottle of Avocado Vinaigrette at a Farmers' Market, be sure to arrive early as we usually sell out!
